With working from home now an ongoing reality for many of us at least some of the time, the aesthetic gulf between office furniture and home interiors has become increasingly apparent. Cross Task Chair is TAKT’s response to this shift.
PearsonLloyd’s design takes the lightweight look and elegantly minimal material expression of Cross Chair Tube – with its slim wooden back fitted to parallel tubes of recyclable high-pressure steel – and incorporates the adjustability necessary for a task chair into the wheeled base without compromising its clean and simple appearance.
You can choose between a wooden seat or a padded seat according to your preference.
*The product requires assembly by the customer. It is designed based on TAKT’s Eco System Design principles and is shipped as flat packs in individual components, which helps minimize CO2 emissions during transportation. Additionally, the chair is constructed for disassembly, allowing worn or deteriorated parts to be replaced.

TAKT only use water based lacquer, that makes the products durable while emphasising the delicate structure of the wood without unnecessary chemicals. Products are constructed and tested for durability and have five-year warranty. They can be separated out into key materials for recycling and worn parts can be replaced.
