Returns and Refunds
Returns
Our return period is 7 days. If more than 7 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Please make sure to return the item using the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that items should not be returned directly to the manufacturer.

Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning items. Please note that shipping fees
are non-refundable.
If you request a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, nor are we responsible for any loss or damage
during return shipping.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the status of your refund request. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@sitwell.jp.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one,

Unclaimed Deliveries
If an item is returned to us because it was not claimed, we will process a refund and cancel the order. In this case, return shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
Automatic Order Cancellations
For Okinawa and some islands, an additional handling fee may apply. If you place an order without contacting us beforehand, we may cancel your order after notifying you.
For some made-to-order or special order items, your order may be canceled in cases where the manufacturer discontinues the product, significant delays occur, or due to other unavoidable circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you in advance before canceling the order.
